Hal Weatherman is Chairman of The Dan Forest Exploratory Committee for Governor and former Chief of Staff to Lieutenant Governor Dan Forest. A graduate of Wake Forest University with a Master’s Degree from Wheaton College, Hal is the former long-time Chief of Staff to United States Representative Sue Myrick. Hal successfully ran eight of Rep. Myrick’s Congressional re-election campaigns and was the campaign manager for Dan Forest’s run for Lt. Governor in 2012, as well as his re-election in 2016. He and his wife Michelle have three young children and reside in Wake Forest, NC.
